Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are available as long as the ticket has not been used to attend a performance. To request, email bainbridgelittletheatre@gmail.com or call (229) 246-8345.
Late Arrivals: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager during a natural break in the performance. Reserved seating may not be guaranteed after curtain time.
Content & Age Guidelines: Some shows may include mature themes. Viewer discretion is advised. We recommend young children attend family-appropriate performances only.
Theatre Etiquette: Please silence all mobile devices. Photography, video recording, and disruptive behavior are not permitted during performances.
Accessibility: We offer accessible seating and are happy to accommodate special needs. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Free tickets included with each Patron Level are automatically applied to the Opening Night performance of each production.
To claim your seats, please visit our website and select your tickets for Opening Night as usual — when you log in under your Patron account, your membership benefits will automatically apply and reduce the ticket cost based on your patron level.
If you’d prefer to attend a different performance date, please contact the theatre at bainbridgelittletheatre@gmail.com or (229) 246-8345, and we’ll be happy to adjust your tickets manually (subject to availability).
